The plans are in place and the process to uproot our lives has begun. That’s right we are moving and not just moving to some other place in the middle of nowhere New Jersery, but to Cozumel Mexico. Upon my graduation from the French Culinary Institute my charismatic partner and I along with our pooches are saying goodbye to the “man” to begin a life in paradise. No, we did not win the Power Ball, but we have left our mundane desk jobs to start a new venture. My partner has decided to become a digital nomad and I…well I am jumping from my engineering roots to become a private chef and to write about my gastronomic adventures.
